Its probably a firmware issue. Go into the camera settings on the app, go into the motion detection settings and toggle motion events to off. This should allow the camera to connect and update within the next 24 hours. I’ve been trying for a few days to get my SimpliSafe camera on Eero and this worked perfectly for me.. Eandj junkyard

Well if that's the case, simplisafe camera also doesn't work with a number as the last digit of the wifi password either. How picky of it. I should note that the base station connects with no problem with the same password, it's just the cameras that claim it's the wrong password every time I copy/paste (exact same process as the base station).Do you have a different battery you can try, by chance? There is no chime when inserting a charged battery. Leaving the battery out for hours also does not seem to reset the camera. My suspicion is that the camera itself is stuck in some sort of firmware bug. Each SimpliSafe product has its battery life expectancy.
